Alabama Crimson Tide Sling Backpack

To Whom It May Concern:

I ordered an Alabama Crimson Tide Sling Backpack, which was recently delivered. I would like to express my disappointment in your product advertising. The backpack, although attractive, is impractical. I wanted to use it as a pickleball bag while supporting my favorite college football team. This backpack is so small and flat, that I can barely fit my paddle in it, let alone a water bottle. The netting on the side seems more appropriate for a baby bottle since it won’t even hold a 16 oz. bottle. I feel your advertising was completely misleading. I would gladly have paid more for a larger product that an adult, with reasonable expectations, could use. Instead, I am stuck with a sling backpack that would be more appropriate for a toddler.

I think you do a disservice with your advertising of this product.
